Fire on the 4th Floor of a 5 story 50x40 MD.

1104 - Bn. 2 - Transmit the 10-75. We have fire on the 4th floor.

L-3 FAST - S-18 4th Engine (Squad 18 was not initially available, they were assigned as an Engine upon transmission of the 10-75.)

1109 - Bn. 2 - Fire is in Apt. 4 on the 4th floor. Water on the fire, primaries are negative on the fire floor.

1114 - Div. 1 - All Hands

1115 - Div. 1 - 2 L/S, 1 L/O, AVFKD. PWH - Duration 19 minutes.

1121 - Div. 1 - Primaries are negative throughout, secondaries are underway. 10-41 code 1. Under Control - Duration 25 minutes.

I think Sq-18 is originally first due on this box but it's still rare to see a Squad going in as a 4th due engine

There are a couple of areas where 1st & 2nd due trucks on a box are tillers: 5/20, 6/20 & 101/118.

Three tower ladders is more common like around the Staten Island Mall: 87, 86 & 85. In the Bronx you get 4 Tower Ladders in the area just west of the Cross Bx. Expwy. and Rosedale Ave.: TL's 54, 41, 58 and 31 before L47, a rearmount. I believe far eastern Queens just south of the L.I.E. & Douglaston Pkwy. you get 4 Tower Ladders: 164, 160, 152 and 162 before 167.
