11-18-11...0122 hrs  99-22-4623...by orders of BN*46...40-38 61 St off Woodside Av ...fully involved 2 1/2 story peak roof dwelling w/ extension to exp 2&4 also 2 10-45 s code-3  ...also live wires down.

0311 hrs..... Fire under control ....total of 5 10-45s ..1 code 1......3 code 3s.....& 1 code 4.....no secondary searches will be conducted in the Fire bldg....Car 4D Chief Fieffer.

Thanks so much for posting that run down.  I grew up in Middle Village and buffed with 117 Truck.  When you live out of town, those run downs are really great info.

You're welcome - similar story - grew up in Flushing - played some CYO baseball in Middle Village - that was a long time ago though

The remains of 2 oxygen cylinders found in original Fire room.....also a FF had to ditch his mask when a falling electric wire became entangled in the frame.
