1633 - Bn. 40 - 2nd Alarm - We have fire in the basement, 1st and 2nd floors.

1652 - Bn. 40 - We have fire on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. 3 L/S/O. Requesting an additional Truck (TL-149).

1656 - Car 17 - MBFKD on 3 floors. Checking for extension in exposure 4. Primaries are negative in the basement and 1st floor.  DWH

1700 - Bn. 40 - Primaries are negative throughout the fire building and exposure 4.

-MB1457 fire operations continue, reporting Under Control at this time. Potential to firefighters operating on the scene is moderate. Patient count remains at 0. At the end of this transmission I will be releasing HazTac 2 back to the 911 system 17:44

-MB1457 patient count is currently 1 Green Tag Firefighter being treated by 48G. At the end of this transmission, 41W and 552 will be released back to 911 18:08

-MB1457 at this time fire operations have ceased. I'm releasing all units back to the 911 system. We had a grand total of 2 Green Tag Firefighters transported to Hospital XX 18:41
