I don't think pd even showed up.
E259 sent by themselves for ems run for burns to the face. 259 asked for 2 & 2 + the chief for the arc/explosion in the bldg. Had a light smoke condition in the basement.

As per Div 14...The 10 45 was changed to a code 3........There was no explosion in the bldg....This occident was an electrical issue.....All the special units  assigned to the box can go 10 8.....ie L 116 with collapse unit,  Haz Mat 1, safety batt. 
Check the box #......I thought it was a lower 7000 series box...
