EMS HT2 - Advise BC49, got a hold of 02F, they are on scene up on the 12th Floor.
MCO/BC49 - 10-4
BC49 - Rescues got the ropes set up, packaging the patient, patient will be on the ropes shortly @ 1035
BC49 - Patient up to the 12th Floor, handed over to EMS, 43 Code 4 @ 1037
