Could it have been E305, rather than E315, that was assigned first due on the 2nd?

Was Ladder 154 assigned to the fire?
 
It's been a long, long time since I've been over that way. In the photos I noticed a "deli" sign and was wondering if that was Otto's Deli at one time?
