Fairfield (CT) Fire Dept. responded to a motor vehicle accident in a rest stop on I-95. A car had lost control, rolled over, and catapaulted into a parked tractor trailer truck in the rest stop. The driver of the truck, asleep in the sleeper portion of the truck, was trapped and had to be extricated using hydraulic rescue tools. The 52 year old driver of the truck suffered fatal injuries. Two occupants of the car had minor injuries.
