1400 hrs.ENG* 301 requests 10-75...... City Bus ..Tractor Trailer...Cars....Bldg...people pinned.....Tractor trailer into bldg at 211-14 Hillside ave. & truck is leaning at 45 degree angle...at the foot of the Clearview Expwy at Hillside Ave & 212 St.numerous boxes pulled......Collapse response enroute. .....................at 1402 hrs BN*50 reports 6 civilians out & being transported......DIV*14 enroute requests OEM rep to respond.....also Bldgs Dept. & Heavy Duty Wrecker.....Con Ed for poles & street light down.......truck is loaded w/non hazardous cargo .....1412 Hrs All Hands transmitted.......1431 hrs all primary & secondarys neg......still awaiting Con Ed & H.D. wrecker....P.W.H............1435 DV*14 requests a Haz Mat response to offload fuel from saddle tanks....(200 gallons)....10-99........1544 hrs DV*14 reports  still in the process of separating the vehicles.

All hands for the box Hollis Court blvd and Hillside ave. 6 people removed with non-life threatning injuries. No Hadz. cargo.
 
Rescue 3 was the 2nd rescue on this job and they were sent to another nearby job at box 5690 as soon as they announced they were 10-8
