Battalion 48 gave the 10-75 for fire in on the top floor of a P/D.

Battalion 48 reported using A/H, extra engine and truck.

2nd Alarm transmitted b/o of Battalion 48 for heavy fire conditions and extension into Exposure # 4.

2340 - Bn. 48 - All Hands - Extra Engine and Truck (E-234, L-123)

2342 - Bn. 48 - We have fire in a 2 story PD, unknown location.

-Medical Branch Director 1511 (C58) fire operations are ongoing, potential remains high. It is a second alarm fire however fire operations are beginning to slow down. 1 green tag civilian at this time 00:09?

-MB1511 you can 10-87 (cancel) 39G, C44, HazTac2, LSU4, and MERV4. C40 is staging, 58U and 39D will be treatment and triage. Also cancel MR3. Fire operations are ongoing but beginning to de-escalate. Total patient count is still 1 green tag civilian 00:13 20 mins
