Two suspicious letters received.  Around noon.

E14 and B 6 responded.

B 3  requested 2 engines and truck to park behind L18 on 23rd Street, with no lights, sirens or handie talkies. Units responding  E16, E3 and L3

Assress is  1 Madison Avenue

Bomb Squad is on scene advising confirmed 2 Bomb Envelopes found. Area evacuated.
