Nasty Collyer's mansion condition with smoke smell evident in the lobby. 

Fire extended from a trash pile in the kitchen to some of the fixtures, but it seemed like the super was more interested in hitting the entirety of the apartment with an ABC extinguisher.

If this one had gotten away at all, it could have been waaaay worse.
