E38/TL 51 & E63/L39 were probably arriving almost at the same time. I also saw engine 88 on e 233rd street not sure if they were acting or responded?
 
63 must be filled if they are to be out for an extended period of time. 88 is one the companies that sometimes relocates there. Probably what you saw.
