Multiple manholes on fire

D-1 we have 1 flooded transfers volt. 2 blown man holes. 1 manhole with active fire. We are actively flooding the other manhole. Monitoring for high levels of CO.

D-1 s/c 1 BC to 21st & 9th Ave for street control

D-1 Flowing water into manholes & transformers. DWH

D-1 Con-Ed is making a plan. They will need to cut power for the entire block. Notify OEM that once its cut the block will be without power for a long time.

D-1 can we put in a request to sanitation for icy conditions on the 9th Ave side of this box.

D-1 Monitoring all buildings for CO. Co-Ed is entering the manholes to cut power. DWH

D-1 Con-Ed has made 4 out of 5 cuts. Waiting to make the final cut on the 8th Ave side.

D-1 s/c a truck to relieve the Fast Truck

D-1 have the extra truck report to the 8th Ave Side

D-1 continuing to apply foam. Waiting on the final cut. Continuing to monitor buildings for CO and stuck elevators.

D-1 PWH ceasing operation on the 9th Ave side. Continuing on the 8th Ave Side. Fire in 1 manhole. Buildings checked out for CO and stuck elevators.
