12/23/23 Queens Box 5930

Question - So, It was originally received as Hook Creek Blvd & Sunrise Hwy. Once 314 realized it wasn't at this location and in the Green Acres Mall (which is all Nassau county to my understanding) wouldn't they make it a 31 and go 10-8 because it is in NC? From the video it looks like valley stream fd arrived shortly after.
