If I'm not mistaken, back in the day (when it was 122 street) the deli was "The Sweet Shop" luncheonette and the fire building housed Jimmy's butcher shop.

I was incorrect. The luncheonette and butcher were a few doors further up 122 towards 20th Avenue. That deli in the photo, believe it or not, was a small clothing department store whose name I cannot recall.
