Division 3: Box 786 we're going with All-Hands, we have a suspicious van with a suspicious package inside. We are evacuation 4 Times Square and 7 Times Square, they're very concerned about possible explosives.

DC3: OK, 4 Times Square is in the process of being evacuated. 7 is evacuated at this time. Bomb Squad from PD is in the process of checking the vehicle at this time.
