TL138: the driver is out of the car - he may have been ejected - the car is on fire - he is being boarded by EMS - the Engine is knocking down the fire - can you notify PD that this is the car that we witnessed flee the scene at the accident at 114 and Roosevelt - he lost control and went into a tree here
