Job reminds me of 6th Alarm Box 1622 from 2017. Fire traveled across the cornice in a very similar fashion and took out the whole top floor & cockloft. Good job by the companies getting a handle on this one pretty quickly today. That job was arson, wonder what that cause will be for this one.
