19:26 command reports heavy fire showing from a 3 decker also exposure problems. Strike a 2nd alarm.

19:43 Worcester EMS medic 2 reports a jumper down from a 3rd floor porch
19:45 command request 2 additional pumps to the fire. (basically a 4th alarm)
Engines 8 and 9
19:47 urgent... companies report hole has burned thru first floor into basement.
19:53 command backs all companies out of the 3rd floor due to heavy fire conditions
19:58 5th alarm struck
Engines 15 and 11
20:03 all companies evacuate the building

In addition to the two civilian fatalities the jumper suffered life threatening injuries.
