Tiny little run down looking attached flat roof pd's. Had quite a few jobs there...place would be roaring on arrival. First one I went to in there, I actually sized it up and put my 2nd due stick to the roof 3 or 4 occupancies down. Figured that's where the egress off the roof was gonna end up being. Shocked to see it held to one occupancy. Learned that was pretty standard. Nogging was almost always intact. Knock it down and go home. Stay safe.
