This fuel spill caused another TT to jack-knife,E-46 & E-45 stayed with the TT that had the ruptured tank. L-27 & E-93 were at the jack-knifed TT

BN-13 requested HazMat & HazTec

BN-13 notify Sanitation this is a large fuel spill they will need a lot of sand
