It is with regret the department announces the death of Firefighter Jesse B. Gerhard of Ladder 134 which occurred on February 16, 2022 as a result of injuries sustained while operating at Queens 2nd Alarm box 1158 which was transmitted at 1605 hours on February 15, 2022.
