SQ*41 was OOS for medicals  & LAD*17 was unavailable & 69 replaced 59....also later not related to this box 138 was relocated to 33.

L17 had a mechanical problem while responding, Replaced by L44.
L33 relocated to L17
Subsequently L138 relocated to L33

I never liked those double relocations even though there are sometimes reasons for them but in this case why not when 138 got in the BX let them go to 17 & send 33 home i see no point in 2 Units being out of their area when it could be only one. JMO.
