Box 747 is lacated at 7th Ave. & 38th St. so no, according to all my assignment cards for neighboring boxes E65 beats E54 there.

Interesting that E1 & L24 have to turn out going west on (one way WB) 31st but can't turn right on (one way southbound) 7th so they have to go all the way over to 8th then turn north to 38th St. and wind up behind E34/TL21 who only had to make a right turn out of their quarters and cross two intersections (9th & 8th Aves.). ???
