Box 92 transmitted for a fire at 712 Manhattan Avenue, near Norman Street.

10-75 by L 106 for fire on 2nd floor of a 3 story

Could be: E 238, 229, 259  L 106, 146  B 35 ( became available and replaced B 37)

E 221, L 104 FT, SQ 252, R 2, B 37, D 11

E 259 delayed due to bridge being up; E 206 added to assignment.

@1442: B 35: using all hands for fire in a 3 story 20x 60 OMD, 2LS, 1LO.  Exp: 1- street, 2- similar attached, 3- yard, 4- similar attached.

@1452: D 11: using all hands for fire on the 3rd floor, apt. 3L, (radio cut out)

Relocations: L102/146, E 332/229.

@1457: D 11: 2 LSO, primary searches negative, trucks opening up, fire still doubtful.

@1514: D 11: secondary searches complete and negative, fire is under control.

Fire blowing out apt. door into public hallway.  Nobody hurt.  Fire out.  All good.

First "---- to (disp) Urgent!" I ever had to give in 20+ years OTJ. lol

Too much routine chatter on radio.  Couldn't get thru.  Hope it sounded smooth..... 8)  LOL

Of course the boys did a great job.  From the 20 year guys to the probies.
