Missing child. Mother is with FD/PD. Hopefully this is not a repeat of September 2022 incident where the woman threw her three kids in the ocean and then wandered the boards. Child lives at 2970 West 27th. St. May be a Special Needs Child.
No units entered water. Use of InfraRed Camera was made.
PD says address is no good and now states the female may be a psycho who spent last night in CIH! So maybe no child involved at all or it is going to be another tragic incident.
