Apparatus Accident  involving a minivan pulling out of a legal parking spot struck by L-51 as they turned the corner.

Minivan was then struck by an engine company also entering the block. All injuries are non-life threatening

What rig did TL51 have, their regular or a spare? Looks like the front-left tower ladder jack and bumper sliced into it. ???
