2/26/25 Queens 10-75 Box 4450

Does anyone remember the 109Pct when it was located on the northwest corner of 35th Avenue and Prince St - looked like a very large home?

I think that may have been an old 3 story 200x100 Dutch mansion that the police chief bought when Flushing officially became part of Queens, and became the first police Pct. in Flushing.
That closed up about 60 years ago when they built the new Pct. on Union St.
 
Former 111 Pct (mentioned in reply # 17 on page 1 of this thread) now the site of the Municipal Parking Lot ....bldg was a former Volunteer FH built in 1912 & demolished in 1968.

1940s nyc has nice shots of how the area used to look.
Maybe see some buildings as you guys remember
