Fire on the 2nd floor of a 16 story 150x150 MD.

1357 - Bn. 12 - Transmit the 10-77 for fire on the 2nd floor.  We have a confirmed jumper and need EMS forthwith. 

H&L-40 FAST

1400 - Bn. 12 - 1 L/S/O, "B" is the attack stair.  Using All Hands.  We have (1) 10-45 no code at this time.

1403 - Bn. 12 - We have water on the fire.  Fire Apt. 2A.  DWH

1413 - Bn. 12 - We have a 2nd 10-45.  This 10-45 is code 4.  Both 10-45's are in the lobby awaiting EMS.

1419 - Div. 3 - PWH.  Be advised that we have no EMS units on scene at this time.  Duration 28 minutes.

1421 - Div. 3 - EMS is 10-84.

1426 - Div. 3 - Secondaries are complete and negative at this time.  Under Control - Duration 34 minutes.

1437 - Div. 3 - Both 10-45's are code 4.  Transmit a 10-41 code 1 (mixer off).

Heard the Dispatcher say Second Avenue twice but you may be correct

Initially it was Box 1461 for 2370 2nd Ave. at 122nd St., then 2375 1st Ave was given as an additional address.

This project runs between 1st & 2nd Aves. and this probably created the confusion.

Box was changed to 1426
