Not able to do playback for EMS because they are operating on the borough frequency, but XR2 and XR4 are on it

Didnt really get to hear it, but per EMS, PD removed them from the ice.

PD has 2 Air-Sea-Rescue Helicopters up right now, N920PD and N922PD
