From the FDNY Fire Trucks & Vehicles Facebook Page:

This morning, members of SOC Support #Ladder121 & #Engine265 performed a technical rescue — on Beach Channel Drive in Far Rockaway, Queens, NY — after a construction worker fell from the 7th to 6th floor, suffering lower-extremity injuries. With staircases not yet completed, the patient was diamond-lashed to a backboard and Stokes basket, and lowered two stories to a service elevator, using the #FDNY’s newly-issued 2:1 rope system. The patient was treated and transported by #Station47 EMS.
