250 LOTT surprising that bldg is still standing....lots of work thru the years.....also Boxer Riddick Bowes former home.
 
Jack, it’s a hell hole. I believe the former baseball player, Mo Vaughn bought the complex but it is what it is. We, 120, were second due and I liked that because it was a different view for us with the TL. It is a 6 story complex with at least 6 interconnected Multiple Dwellings. I believe there is an Open cockloft. We were there constantly…
