B 41 operated with all hands for a fire at 1040 East 45th Street, near Glenwood Road, Flatbush Section  of Brooklyn.  Fire in a one story 50 x 100 commercial vacant.

Should be: E 255, 310, 309  L 157, 159  B 41

SQ 1, R 2, D 15, L 147(FT)
Extra engine and truck above the all hands. E 257 and L 170

@1544: D 15: have HAZ MAT 1 respond due to contents of building.  E 250 (Haz Tec), HM 1, and HM B.

@1547: D 15 transmits second alarm and 10-70. 
2nd alarm assignment: E 248 (designated as water resource unit), E 281, 283  Safety Batt, E 284/ S 3, B 33 (Safety), B 48 (RUL), TAC 2, L 113, Res Batt..

Relocations: L 107 to L 174, L 149 to L 157, E 330 to E 309,E 245 to E 255, L 110 to L 113, E 332 to E 310, E 202 to E 281, E 220 to E 250, E 228 to E 248.

Staging area, if necessary: Troy Avenue and Glenwood Road.

@1610: Field Comm: D 15 reports searches in progress, heavy smoke condition, extinguishing pockets of fire, HM 1 on scene, have positive water source, fire is still doubtful.

@1627: Field Comm: D 15: main body of fire knocked down, still an exterior operation, fire is probably will hold.  Fire duration is one hour.

@1652: FC: D 15: conditions remain the same, have 2 T/Ls in operation, fire is still PWH.  Fire duration is one hour 25 minutes.
 
Ladder 174 was out of service for company medicals and education day. H & L 147 was the fast truck
