From the FDNY Facebook page:

"Yesterday, while enroute to drill FDNY Marine 8 received a call for a vessel in distress to the U.S. Coast Guard Northeast over the VHF radio. The captain of a 44-foot sailing catamaran reported that the boat was taking on water while moored. Once on scene, units encountered two to three feet of water in the starboard side of the vessel. Firefighters Anthony Sesa and Kevin Zanoni quickly put dewatering pumps into operation, with an FDNY Training boat arriving to provide another pump. A fourth was supplied by NYPD Harbor. Once the water level fell, an electrical fire broke out in the vessel’s electric panel. Lieutenant Nicholas Feeley ordered the boat’s occupants onto the training boat as lines were stretched from Marine 8. FDNY members quickly extinguished the fire and escorted the vessel back to port. There were no injuries."

The bridge in the background of 7.jpg is a rail bridge that crosses the mouth of the Raritan River. So probably in NJ between Perth Amboy and South Amboy.
