This location is as border as can be between 62/32 and 38/51. Box 3620 is Laconia & E. Gun Hill (38/51). The imaginary line between the next box west is the middle of Gun Hill between Hone Av and Lurting Av, exactly where this "rear tenement" is located.

Operationally, a dwelling in the rear of a separate structure is called a "rear tenement". This fire building is actually on a "flag lot" in real estate terms, as it has a driveway.
