CORRECTIONS:

Initially reported on Randal's island but additional information indicated on the bridge near the toll booths. Therefore, Manhattan redirected all units to the Triboro toll booths on a new box. When units arrived, the entire bridge was clear and they proceeded to below the bridge on Randall's Island.

The Dump truck hauling debris from Harlem building explosion was located overturned in a parking lot beside Ichan Stadium off of central road below the bridge.

Battalion 12 initially reported a pin but shortly followed stating that the driver was out and with EMS.

The debris were not on the bridge but were all over the parking lot.

The scene was cleaned up by units assisting the "Russo's" truck company, who also up-righted by their own truck.
