Can someone enlighten me to why squad 270 has a relocater when squad 288 was covered with a squad?

Can someone enlighten me to why squad 270 has a relocater when squad 288 was covered with a squad?
The SOC relocation policy as of late seems to be to get one unit in to the boro, with the most common relocation being squad to squad. I do not recall any incident recently where they relocated two squads in to the boro. Sometimes the SOC relocation requirement may be satisfied but they still need an engine relocation. You see this most commonly on SI. SQ8 will sometimes be covered by an engine (usually on a smaller incident), but if there's a second alarm or greater with no SOC coverage on SI, a squad will relocate there

Nope, its pretty much been a second DC since the code was created pretty sure. It just hardly ever happens.
If you look back at the last few 10-66s, I don't think that's the case. But I see Signal's reply that it is due to the 10-66 code 1. The previous calls I was looking at were 10-66 no code.
