Manhattan 10-75 for Box 48 smoke in the basement.  About 15 minutes ago

Battalion 32: We have a smoke condition in the basement, checking what it is now.

BC32: At Box 48, we're going to transmit a 10-75.  Right now, it's still in the basement, checking it out.

Division 1: At this time we're going to continue with the 2 and 2 investigating the smoke condition.  We had the sprinkler discharge, notify ConEd electric to respond.

DC1: We have a size up for you, we have an 18-story fire proof commercial building 100x150 feet.  At this time we're going with a 10-80 no code, please have HazMat respond in for a fluid discharge in the basement, and please get us an ETA on ConEd.  We've activated our cell phone, please have HazMat contact us.

DC1: For Box 048, we're going 1 and 1 with the squad company awaiting the arrival of HazMat for the fluid leak.  Currently there are no readings, building is negative for smoke.
