According to maps.nyc.gov, 957 Woodycrest Ave is a 5 floor walk-up built in 1924.Looking at the building I agree with the CIDS which will also include the basement, or street level, and a lower level. This is good information for Truck companies for set up and rig placement and its good for the Engines as to how much line to stretch. But as far as size up I was always taught, and it has been a discussion here many times, that the first floor is the lobby area and the front steps of this building go up to the front door.
