S/S of Flushing Ave & 56 Street
Metropolitan Ave

Flushing Ave bet Metropolitan Ave and the underpass ( 59th Street ) is a large commerical area with many factories that makes things like birthday party items to 99 cents store suppliers.
At 5am it's a toss up bet 291 & 206.
They both have a straight run up and down Metropolitan Ave to Flushing Ave.

As far as 319 & 286 on the 2nd Alarm that's very strange. 319 is or was assigned 11th and 12th due. ( 3rd due and 4th due on the 3rd alarm ) for all the boxes from 2901 to 2907 that are all along Flushing Ave from 54 St to 59 St.. E 286 was also assigned on the 3rd alarm back then.
This is all before BARB went into effect. I have 319s assignments from Feb 2012 for all boxes from 1st due to 11th due. The 12th due is assigned to the SQUAD on the box
