On the Handi-Talkie, reporting fire in the second floor apartment. Numerous 10-45s they're going to try to shelter in place until they knock down the fire. Just gave fire knocked down in the fire apartment at 23:00. Command wants the units to clarify, a 10-45 is someone who needs medical help, everyone else is an evacuation. Unit reporting they have an unconscious 10-45 coming down the rear fire escape (the only 10-45 at this time 23:04) along with 4 other evacuees. Also 4 others sheltering in place (23:06).

whats the statues of the 10-45 code 2 and code 3?
