1245hrs- All-Hands operating for a facade collapse off the side of a building. PD with a Level 1 Mobilization. Metro North train traffic to proceede at reduced speed.

1400hrs- R-3/Collapse Rescue responding.

1509hrs- Div. 3 transmitting 10-60 (Major Emergency/Collapse)-2nd Alarm for major collapse of the building.
10-60 Special Units: E-60, L-43, L-17 (FAST), L-25; R-1/Rescue Collapse 1, Squad 1/TRV, L-27/SOC Support, L-117/SOC Support, E-93/Mobile Command, SOC Compessor Unit, SOC Logistics Unit; B-10, 16 (Safety), 11 (RUL)

1511hrs- Div. 3 rpts Command Post is at 124th X Park Ave (under the 'L') . Staging area is at 125th St. X Park, units to use Park or Madison. Also req. complete shut down of Metro North and Amtrak Traffic.

1525hrs- Con Ed Vacuum Truck enroute.

1527hrs- Div. 3 rpts roll call has been conducted with all members accounted for.

I don't have a full rundown but the initial was a verbal box from Battalion 12 for a minor collapse.

7-5-1465 - All Hands for partial facade collapse.  No members operating in building, evacuating the area and giving verbal warning for possible squatters.  Rescue battalion, safety battalion, Rescue and Squad are making a determination of building integrity.  Tower Ladder set up making an exterior examination.

As of 16:00 hours tracks 2 and 4 on Metro North were reopened with 10 mph restriction
As of 17:30 hours incident was probably will hold.
As of 19:30 hours incident was under control, in the process of relieving units.  Awaiting demolition crew, 3 of 4 tracks on Metro-North reopened with 10 mph restriction.  Squad 61 S/C for relief.
