@ 1755: Engine 277 transmits 10-75-767 for a fire on the 2nd floor at 201 Menahan Street, near Wilson Avenue.

Engines 277, 271, 218   Ladders 112, 124  Batt. 28

Squad 252, Ladder 140 (fast truck), Rescue 2, Batt. 37, Engine 222, Div. 11

@1757: Batt. 28 reports all hands on arrival and requests extra engine and truck: Engine 237 and Ladder 176 s/c.

@1759: 22-767: Batt. 28 transmits second alarm: fire on the 2nd floor of a 3 story frame.

@1800: Batt 28: fire on three floors of a 3 frame 20 x 60 occupied PD, one line stretched and operating, second line being stretched, primary search delayed due to volume of fire.  Exposures: 1- street, 2- similar attached, 3- yard, 4- similar attached.

Second alarm: Engines 217, 291, 233    Ladder 111   Sat6 w/E207  Tac 1, Rescue Batt, Safety Batt, Field Comm, Batt. 35 (RUL), Batt 44 (Safety)

Engine 238 relocated to Engine 218; Ladder 123 relocated to Ladder 176.

@1807: Batt. 28: fire darkening down on second floor, still heavy fire on third floor, line stretched into Exp. 2 and 4 with extention into both cocklofts.

@1812: Batt. 28 transmits third alarm: staging at Wilson Avenue and Grove Street.

Third alarm: Engine 206, 230, 286, 214   Ladders  135, 120   Batt. 31 (Staging Manager)

@1817: Field Comm: Div. 11 reports fire in the original building has been knocked down, fire in the top floor and cockloft of Exp. 2 and the cockloft of Exp. 4.

@1820: Car 8 responding; Ladder 131 acting Ladder 111 is 10-8.

@1820: Car 1E is responding; Batt. 33 designated the Air Recon Chief.

@1823: Field Comm: 7 lines stretched and in operation, heavy fire in cockloft of Exp. 2, fire knocked down in cockloft of Exp. 4.  Have third alarm trucks report to the Command Post.

@1824: Car 23 D responding.

@1829: Batt. 33 is at Floyd Bennett Field; will advise when airborne.

@1831: Car 14C responding.

@1832: Field Comm: return Batt. 33 and s/c additional truck: Ladder 175 s/c.

@1834: Ladder 146 acting Ladder 120 is 10-8.

@1841: Field Comm: all visible fire knocked down, checking for pockets of fire, fire is probably will hold.

Ladder 143 relocated to Ladder 175.

@1914: Field Comm: secondary searches in Exp. 2 and 4 are negative; secondary search of original fire bldg. still underway.

@1916: Field Comm: Car 8 transmits 10-41 code 1 due to heavy volume of fire upon arrival.

@1919: Field Comm: by order of Car 8, DAC Marrone, special call two engines and two trucks: Engines 216 and 235 and Ladders 108 and 102 s/c.  All units to report to the command post.
 
Is the older Captain of 112 still on the job? I forget his name, all I remember was that he still hasn't found his bike  ;D

From what I understand he recently has retire, went out with a bang though...caught an All Hands on his last tour.
