1911 hrs Car 4G Chief Baggot reports ....partial collapse of the bldg....train traffic on the "J" elevated line had been shut down....TL*142 s bucket being used from above to do a visual of the collapsed area...Primary of the remaining portion of the 1st & 2nd floors of the bldg are negative....still DWH....using all of the Units that are 10-84 on the Second Alarm those not 10-84 are to go 10-8....1916 hrs now doing a Secondary of the rubble in the street & the crushed car...still DWH.

 
1921 hrs Car 4G reports going down to 3 & 2 & BN*s 39 & 51...train traffic still stopped & still awaiting Bldgs Dept...now PWH.
