after listening to this audio it appears that there was a delayed notification to the fd..considering the amt of pd and esu units on scene already
also bd sent bn40 additional info via the mdt...why wasnt that put over the air for all units to become aware.
liked how bn35 asked for the perps description to be put over the air.
