B4: Updated Location Is Going To Be Delancey Street & Baruch Place, Underneath Williamsburg Bridge.

B4: Fire On Top Of A DOT Oil Truck. Stretching Foam Line. HazMat & Squad Can Continue In.

B4: Relay To HazMat Placard On Truck Is 3257.

B4: Will Drop It Down To 2&2, Fire Has Been Extinguished. HazMat Can Go 10-8.
