But the satellite has no pump or tank . . . how can you call it an engine?????

Quite a few multiples, we had good pressure, but hydrants on one way mains and we were out pumping the supply. Satellite has maps of mains and were able to overcome the problem. If we had to special call and wait for them, it would have been too late

Divisions have to submit a list of boxes that they want the satellites to respond to every January to operations.
