Maybe a dispatcher can answer this. Do the divisions chiefs get a ticket when a box is going out for fire in their response area right away, or do they get a ticket only after a 10-75 or all-hands is transmitted?

Not a dispatcher. from what I'm aware, Deputies respond on confirmed 10-75's or All Hands-Doubtful, they get a mark on every All Hands though, occasionally will respond to All Hands-Under Control
