From Staten Island Advance "STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- A fire in a pit at Pratt Industries Paper Mills in Travis Sunday night prompted an ?all hands? response from the FDNY, a spokesman for the department said.

The FDNY responded to the fire at 7 p.m., the spokesman said, which was contained to the pit at the location located at 4435 Victory Blvd.

The fire was placed under control by responding firefighters at 8:17 p.m., according to the spokesman."

I believe that this is the third or fourth fire at this location this year.

BC22 to SI: We have an update for 8132, We're still using 2&2. Fire is still contained to the pit, we are using employees with heavy machinery to separate debris so we can get it at the seat.

SI to BC22: Will this be a prolonged operation, how long will you guys be there, 22?

BC 22 to SI: This will not be a prolonged operation.

BC22 to SI: We're going with an All-Hands/Under Control at this time, fire has been extinguished. EMS not required. No FAST truck required either.
