12:05  B 23 reports all visible fire KD, and primary searches negative.

12:16  D 8 all visible fire KD, fire is PWH

I guess this can explain why I saw squad 1 running code 3 down the expressway around this time. Still don't think it fits why I saw Ladder 166 responding lights and sirens too... Unless they were relocated into the island due to 161 and 81 working on an accident on the Verrazano. I also saw another engine that I think was 242 responding over the bridge.
